Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/3 C All-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/3 C Milk
  • 1 tsp ground sage
  • 1 tsp ground thyme
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes, or more for spicier blend
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Mix ground bison and spices until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate overnight so flavors blend.
  3. Use in this recipe, or you can make into patties and use as a great substitute for pork breakfast sausage.
