Mix Jello Raspberry Flavor Gelatin and 4 cups water in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Add 4 firm peeled pears; partially cover saucepan with lid. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 20 minutes or just until pears are tender. Stir gently every 10 minutes. Remove pears from liquid and discard liquid.
Serve pears warm or cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to overnight. Top each pear with 2 Tbsp Whipping Cream if desired.
