Blackberry Cream Streusel Cake (Filling)

  • 1 and 1/3 C All-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/3 C Milk
  • sugar
  • almond extract
  • seedless blackberry preserves


  1. With an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, egg and sugar. Mix in the almond extract. Pour the mixture over the batter. Spoon the preserves evenly over the cheese mixture. Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture over top. Bake for 45 minutes, or until firm and lightly browned.
