1 tablespoon Cayenne pepper (more or less to personal taste)
1 tablespoon Cilantro (finely chopped)
Clean strawberries and remove stems. Dice all but four of the strawberries. Puree the four strawberries with the honey and lime juice. Place puree in a bowl and stir in the diced strawberries, red onion, cayenne and cilantro. Allow to stand for 30 - 40 minutes to let flavors blend. Serve cold. Great drizzled over grilled light flaky fish filet or grilled chicken.
