  • 2 Large Egg
  • slice Virginia Baked Ham
  • Gouda Cheese
  • Heavy Cream


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Start with a glass dish, I use a glass boat shaped dish about a cup in size total. Finely chop the ham and place in the bottom of the dish
  2. Shread enough Gouda Cheese to lighly cover the ham
  3. Crack two eggs over the cheese, being careful not to break the eggs
  4. pour enough heavy cream to fill the dish to the rim.
  5. Place the egg dish in a larger baking pan with a water bath (about 3/4 way up the side of the egg dish.) You can make multi servings at one time by putting as many egg dishes as will fit in the larger baking pan. Bake for 45 mins. About 15 minutes prep 1 Hour total time
