Strawberry Nut Bread

Ingredients

  • 2-10oz Packages Frozen strawberries
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Cooking oil
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 3 cups All purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/4 cups Chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Defrost strawberries. Beat eggs in a bowl till fluffy, add cooking oil, sugar and strawberries.
  2. Sift togehter flour, cinnamon, soda and salt into mixing bowl. Add strawberry mixture and mix. Stir in nuts.
  3. Bake at 300*F for 45 minutes or until done.
