Canyon Villa Inn Cinnamon Rolls (made in bread maker set on dough setting) Dry Ingredients 3 cups bread flour (scooped and leveled) 6 T sugar 1 t salt (we also add ½ t dough conditioner) 2 t potato flour (or potato flakes – double if you use potato flakes 1 t malt 1 t gluten flour Mix ingredients above in separate bowl Other ingredients 1 egg 3 T butter 1 cup milk 1 T yeast Put egg in bread maker Add dry ingredients above Add 3 T butter – room temp. Pour in 1 cup milk (heat 60 seconds in microwave) Add 1 T yeast Mix together 1/3 cup Brown Sugar 1 T Cinnamon 2 ½ - 3 T Butter Softened When finished in the bread maker, roll out the dough, spread butter and cinnamon/sugar mixture then roll into two logs. Cut each log into 10 pieces. Let rolls rise in warm (not hot) place for 40 minutes. Bake at 325º for about 12 minutes or until golden brown!
