Grandison Signature Salsa and Eggs

  • 1 or 2 Eggs
  • 1 or 2 tablespoon Mild Salsa
  • 1/4 cup Diced Ham


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. For each egg use a large ramekin.
  2. Coat the ramekin dish thoroughly with cooking spray. Line the bottom of the dish with diced ham.
  3. Spoon the salsa on top of the ham. Break open the eggs over the salsa. Do not stir the mixture together.
  4. Bake in the oven for the 20-30 minutes or until the white of the eggs is beginning to set. Watch closely after 20 minutes. Layer the grated cheese over the egg dish.
  5. Return the dish to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and a light golden brown on some places.
