Artichoke Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 6 cans chicken stock
  • 3 cans artichokes (drained and diced)
  • 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large soup pot.
  2. Stir in 1/2 cup flour.
  3. Add chicken stock slowly while whisking in.
  4. Add minced garlic, bay leaves, and thyme. Dice artichoke hearts, add to soup with Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Heat and enjoy!
