Egg Pie

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1 teaspoon All Season Salt (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ham, bacon, sausage
  • 2/3 cup cheddar, swiss, colby cheese
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, onion, green or red peppers


  1. Spray a large pie pan or quiche pan with non-stick spray. In the pan, layer the ham, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, peppers, onions, and shredded cheeses, depending on your taste and likes. You don't have to add them all.
  2. In a blender, add the eggs, milk, Bisquick, and optional salt. Blend till frothy.
  3. Carefully pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Slice into 6 or 8 pie pieces. Serve hot. You may sprinkle more cheese over the top if you like.
  4. Try bacon with swiss cheese, ham and cheddar or colby. Add or delete or substitute any other vegetable you like. This is really good served with cinnamon rolls or fruit bread.
