Sausage and Chili Quiche

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread Mix
  • 1 Box Jiffy Blueberry Muffin Mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 C milk
  • 24 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 T Miracle Whip
  • 2 cans chilis, mild, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 rolls Jimmy Dean sausage, cooked and drained

Instructions

  1. Mix together the shredded cheese, Miracle Whip, chilis and 3 eggs.
  2. Plave sausage on top of cornbread mixture, leaving a crust. Put cheese mixture on top of sausage.
  3. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Cut into 6 slices for each quiche dish. Garnish with sour cream and paprika.
  4. Mix together the Jiffy cornbread and muffin mix, 4 eggs and 1 C milk. Divide evenly among 3 greased quiche dishes.
