Yogurt Panna Cotta with Fresh Strawberry Puree

  • 1 and 1/3 C All-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/3 C Milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • Fresh Strawberries


  1. 1) Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small bowl and set aside.
  2. 2) Heat cream sugar and vanilla to a simmer. Turn off heat and stir in the gelatin. Stir until fully melted
  3. 3) In a large bowl whisk the yogurt until smooth. Then gradually whisk in the vanilla cream. Divide into 1/3 to ½ cup serving dishes
  4. Chill 3 hours until set
  5. Top each serving with 2 TBS of fresh Strawberry Puree and a fresh strawberry half
