Mix all ingredients together, pour over vegetables
In a food processor combine:
1 cup Basil Leaves
4 cloves Garlic
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
Pulse until smooth
Instructions
Add 4 egg yolks, while blending add 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Slowly blend in Olive Oil untilconsistency of mayonaise (Approx. 1 qt. of oil)
Cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days
To asseble dish, place a generous portion of Coleslaw on plate, top with crispy Grouper and a large spoonful of Aoli. Pour a large glass of Sauvignon Blanc and Enjoy!
