Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon ground sea salt (substitute 2 T. regular salt)
  • 2 tablespoon Hungarian paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried leaf oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried leaf thyme
  • 2 tablespoon Banana Courtyard's 3-Pep Mix (substitute 1 T. black pepper, 1 T. cayenne pepper)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Be sure to store this in an airtight container.
  2. Sprinkle liberally on steaks, chops, chicken, grilled or fried fish. Use for boiling shrimp.
  3. Yield about 2/3 cup.
