French Toast ala Morrie

  • 1 and 1/3 C All-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/3 C Milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 slices of raisin bread
  • 2 bananas
  • 12 red raspberries
  • Powdered sugar and Maple Syrup


  1. Slice bananas and place on top of french toast. Scatter a few toasted almonds on top, Serve with hot maple syrup.
  2. Mix ingredients together, dip bread in batter and fry in skillet, turning when each side is brown. Toast almonds in separate, dry pan until nicely browned. Be careful not to burn them.
