We are six miles from Stillwater and thirty minutes from the Mall of America and the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN. 80-85% of Phipps Inn guests are from the Twin Cities.

The Phipps Inn was built as a single family home – and the largest house in Hudson - in 1884. It opened as a B&B in 1990 and was purchased by the current owners in August 2000.

The total asking price is $1,400,000. The breakdown is $1,100,000 for the real property and $150,000 each for the personal property and the business.
