Gift Certificate Terms And Conditions
Terms & Conditions for BedandBreakfast.com Gift Cards
The Bed and Breakfast Card, The Getaway Gift Card from BedandBreakfast.com is sold by BedandBreakfast.com, Inc. (“BedandBreakfast.com”) and is subject to these terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to The Bed and Breakfast Card, The Getaway Gift Card from BedandBreakfast.com and any other card to which they are linked or attached (each of which is referred to as a “Redemption Product” in these Terms).
All Cards are issued in U.S. dollars. Redemption Products issued after August 31, 2005, do not expire. For the BedandBreakfast.com Online Reservation Gift Cards sold at Costco (“Costco Cards”) that are purchased after November 1, 2010, only a maximum of three (3) Costco Cards may be applied to one reservation.
For Redemption Products issued after November 3, 2015, there is a maximum redemption of USD $500 in Redemption Product value per Reservation. Redemption Products are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable, except where required by law. Any reproduction of Redemption Products that is not done in strict accordance with these Terms is prohibited.
Redemption Products can be redeemed by the holder of the Card (each a “Guest”) for up to the face value of the Redemption Product for "Qualifying Services" at "Participating Properties". When contacting a Participating Property and making a Reservation, Guests must provide the order and certificate numbers from the back of the Redemption Product and present the Redemption Product to the Innkeeper at check-in. When redeeming a Redemption Product, Guests may be asked to present a photo ID and a valid credit card.
Redemption Products are valid only at U.S. and Canadian Participating Properties. NOT ALL B&Bs AND INNS LISTED ON BEDANDBREAKFAST.COM (THE “SITE”) MAY ACCEPT REDEMPTION PRODUCTS. For more information about using Redemption Products as well as information about Costco Cards purchased prior to November 1, 2010 (as noted on the back side of the card) please click here. For general information on our Redemption Product program (the “Program”), please click here.
Participating Properties and Qualifying Services are subject to change. Before planning a stay, be sure to check the then-current Qualifying Services and then-current Participating Properties as listed on the Site. Innkeepers have no obligation to accept Redemption Products in combination with special offers or additional discounts, for group services including accommodations and catering for weddings and other large functions, nor are they obligated to accept the Redemption Cards with other third-party promotions. ALL PROPERTY SPECIFIC POLICIES, INCLUDING DEPOSIT, MINIMUM STAY AND CANCELLATION POLICIES APPLY.
For security reasons, Guests must wait to redeem Redemption Products seven (7) days or more after purchase. When redeeming a Redemption Product at a Participating Property located in Canada, the Participating Property will determine the exchange rate used to calculate the value of the Redemption Product in Canadian Dollars. Any unused balance will remain in U.S. Dollars. If a Redemption Product is presented for Qualifying Services with a price of less than the face value of the Redemption Product, the unused amount will remain on the Redemption Product and can be used for other Qualifying Services or for future Reservations.
BedandBreakfast.com is not liable for lost or stolen Redemption Products. The Guest is responsible for all taxes, duties, fees, gratuities and assessments arising out of use of the Redemption Product. Redemption Products are issued by CardFact XII, Inc.
When uploading photos/images/files (“material”) for customized Redemption Products, you agree not to (i) upload material that is unlawful, indecent, pornographic, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or that could harm minors in any way and (ii) upload any material that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, right of privacy, or other proprietary rights of any party.
