    The Dutch Oven Inn is located in the heart of Star Valley Wyoming. The Inn offers ten individually furnished rooms, each with it’s own bathroom. We are a complete bed and breakfast Inn with a full complimentary breakfast served each morning to our guests. The Valley is surrounded by Bridger, Targhee and Caribou National Forests. The Snake, Salt and Greys rivers all meet to form the Palisades reservoir. Star Valley boasts an abundance of outdoor wildlife and beautiful scenery. Our Inn makes a great gathering place for seasonal hunters, skiers, snow machine groups, fishing, hiking and boaters, chariot racers and people traveling to watch schools sports or family reunion groups. A most desirable retreat for reunions or even business meetings.

    The best bed and breakfst in the state

    These are the friendliest people you will ever meet!! They did everything they could to make it a great stay. we got to use their fire pit on the cold nights, and grill our own steaks and burgers on their grill. excellent prices by far "cheap" prices compared to what you get in return. I have paid twice as much and got half the hospitality and comfort. oh yeah and they have excellent breakfast!!

    Matt and Sheri are the most down to earth nicest people you will ever meet! They bend over backwards to make sure your stay is pleasant and enjoyable. Their rooms are charming and nicely decorated, and since there are bathrooms in each you don't have to share. They have a huge deck area with tables and a BBQ pit, perfect for group gatherings. Our snowmobile group has stayed 2 years now, and we would go back in a heartbeat! Food is fantastic and the hospitality is unsurpassed!

    The BEST place to stay

    You will find no better place to stay in this area, even as far away as Jackson. Rooms are VERY comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast is the best you will ever have at a bed and breakfast. We are early risers and coffee was ready! Matt and Sheri are the best hosts you can hope for. They are great sources of information and so pleasant you never want to leave. Outstanding here is an understatement. STAY HERE if you are in the area! Joe and JoAnn from NJ

    Oasis after a long drive.

    Room was very spacious,and nicely decorated with antiques. Beds were very nice and comfortable.Sitting rooms were also very nice,and had lots of nice antiques. Breakfast was excellent,and all you could eat.Matt and Sheri were very nice hosts,and helpful with any questions we had.

    Home away from Home

    We had a class reunion at the Dutch Oven Inn in August of 2012. It felt like a home away from home. The beds were VERY comfortable after a long days drive. Matt and Sheri made sure our stay was fantastic. We were able to visit outside under the veranda area and during the evenings inside in the comfortable living room. The breakfast were outstanding and the service was the BEST!!!

    Great Stay

    This is a no brainer. We were a bit lost and it was very late (around midnight) but thankfully when we pulled in and called they had two rooms for us. We would have accepted anything but this wasn't just anyplace with a bed. This was heaven for us. The beds were SO comfortable and having never stayed in a bed and breakfast we didn't realize that having our own bathroom was something most don't have. The tvs are flat screen but honestly with the surrounding view you don't need it. As if we were weren't already blown away (did I mention the pillows?) the breakfast was amazing! I have to say the choices were great but beyond that the home cooking was better than anything you will get eating out. We plan to return later this year after snow has fallen. Thank you for making our "work" trip easier by providing an amazing night of sleep.

    Youve got to try this place!

    My husband and I just spent 3 nights at the Dutch Oven Inn, and we can't say enough! The accommodations were perfect...spotless, cozy, nicely decorated. The breakfasts were incredible...great home-cooking, and we never left hungry! But the best part of our stay was the innkeepers themselves! Matt and Sheri were so hospitable!     Two Thumbs Up!!

    The Dutch Oven Inn was a weekend getaway for a class reunion! I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay. I was meet at the front desk with a smile and can I help you with your bags, you sure don't find that any more. Each room was decorated in a different style and very clean and quiet. Breakfast the next morning you were greeted with "Can I get you a cup of coffee!!" I would highly recommend you book you next family reunion, wedding, class reunion, honeymoon, or weekend getaway here. It's five star and two thumbs up in my book, and the scenery out the back door is breath taking. Thanks again Matt and Sheri Griffin for a great weekend stay, I will be back.
