Our B&B sits high on a beautiful plateau along Patterson Creek in the South Branch Valley where our guests share the seclusion of our hanger/home and spectacular views of the Patterson Creek Mountains to the East. This location offers easy access to outdoor activities in the DollySods Wilderness area such as hiking, mountain biking, cave tours, canoeing, rock climbing, whitewater rafting, skiing, horseback riding, golfing, trout fishing, hunting and wildlife viewing. We are still developing parts of our 100 acre working cattle farm to offer a medley of attractions such as adding accommodations for our equestrian friends. Currently the region’s newest vacation experience with a modern Hangar/Home Bed & Breakfast, Vacation Rentals including the original farm house with indoor Jacuzzi tubs for romantic getaways, Cabins, RV sites with full hookups and 50 amp service, air camping and tent camping. My husband and i just got home from a retreat here we had such an amazing time. such a beautiful location, mitch and teresa went above and beyond to make such we were comfortable, rooms super clean and superb quality, they also catered our conference and the food was spectacular.

Teresa is a Registered Nurse and works part time as a Certified Diabetic Educator. She enjoys gardening and warm beaches. Mitch is an Airline Transport Pilot and owner of Just Plane Adventures. He enjoys sharing the adventure of flying, providing on site Airplane Rides and Air Tours of the Potomac Highlands.

Directions to property:
From Moorefield take Route 55/48 West for 11 miles to the Patterson Creek Road Exit. Turn North toward Burlington,WV (left turn after exiting the 4 lane highway toward US 50) go 2.5 miles to Medley, WV then turn left on Medley Lane, go .5 mile then turn left on Heavens Landing Lane up the hill drive past the runway and we are at the end of the lane on top of the hill.

From Washington Dulles take I-66 West to I-81 South, go about 4 miles to Exit 296 Rt 48/55 turn right, you will have 20 miles of two lane Highway until you get to the new 4 lane highway just outside of Wardensville, WV proceed toward Moorefield, WV then continue about 11 miles on Route 55/48 West to the Patterson Creek Road Exit.
