Sleepy Creek Tree Farm Bed and Breakfast is an eight-acre Christmas Tree farm located four miles east of the quaint town of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. It is nestled next to Sleepy Creek on the north and Sleepy Creek Mountain on the east. This seclusion provides a peaceful, rural setting ideal for a relaxing getaway.
The seasonal gardens attract an abundance of birds, butterflies, hummingbirds and other wildlife; a great place for nature enthusiasts. An newly added pond is stocked with hybrid striped bass. In winter, the evergreen trees display snow in its most picturesque design.

The bed and breakfast is a newly built and well-equipped two-story house. Two very spacious rooms offer all the comforts of home. The country style rooms have comfortable beds and a cozy sitting area in front of large windows. The Grand Room offers a gorgeous view of the grounds and nearby Sleepy Creek Mountain. Relax here for morning coffee/tea or an afternoon glass of wine and some cheese.
Breakfast is always a hearty, full country affair featuring a selection of eggs/omelets, pancakes or waffles and sausage or bacon. A light continental breakfast is also available with cereals, fruits and pastries. Both breakfasts are served with a delicious selection of homemade breads, gourmet coffee, teas and juice.
