Two lovely historic homes in Wausau's Andrew Warren Historic district. Each room in the Inn is distinctly decorated and all have private baths. Our Inn is within walking distance to downtown shopping, several fine resturants, the Leigh Yawke Woodson Art Museum, and Grand Theater/ArtsBlock. Our breakfasts are hearty, eye-appealing, and memorable.

    The 1864 Devoe House (located directly across the street from the main house) at 512 Franklin Street. This house has two double whirlpool suites with separate entrances, one on each floor. Guest in the Devoe House join the guests in the main house dining room for breakfast. The suites have central air operated by separate thermostats. There is parking located behind the house and accessed from the alley.The oak staircase and leaded glass windows on the landing leading to the second floor rooms.
    The center hall on first floorGuests enjoy relaxing on the swing on our huge front porch. A nearby bird feeder provides a close up view of cardinals, finches, and chickadees.
    The Common Room on first floor where guests may gather to visit, read by the wood-burning fireplace, or watch television.The Samuel Landfair Room on first floor.
    The Marvin Rosenberry Room on second floor. This room features a wood-burning fireplace, pressed tin ceiling and a leaded glass window in the walk-in shower.The Katherine White Room on second floor has a pressed tin ceiling and black walnut bed and dresser.  The original claw-foot tub and pedestal sink grace the bathromm.
    The Rosenberry Suite is located in the original dining room and adjoining sleeping porch.
