Weekend Getaway to Door County

5 on July 22, 2014

We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the spacious comfortable room. Location is great. Walking to dinner in Sturgeon Bay and Catholic church across the street was perfect. Our breakfast was delicious. We will definitely visit again. Hank and Sharon

Nice place to stay

3.6 on July 21, 2014

Room and surrounding area was very nice. The inn keeper was friendly. Fireplace was ready to go! Thursday night they had an acoustic guitar music night with free beer! More than one option for breakfast would be nice.

Another great stay at this inn.

We keep coming back and will continue to do so.

A beautiful place to stay!

4.6 on July 14, 2014

The White Lace Inn was a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The room is quiet and nicely decorated. The grounds are beautiful with places to sit to enjoy the park like setting. While requested ahead of time, they were able to accommodate a few dietary requests. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer.

Visit and ReVisit :)

4.8 on July 10, 2014

We stayed at While Lace in 16 years ago for our honeymoon and had a WONDERFUL time. For an anniversary trip, we returned and everything was just as wonderful as we remembered. We felt welcomed and treated like family. Recommendations for local attractions were spot-on and breakfast - OH Breakfast!!! Just Yummy. We will never stay anywhere else while in the area. Victorian Beauty!

I was waiting for Mr. Darcy (Jane Austin-Pride and Prejudice) to walk in! Lovely place.

Beautiful B&B, Unsatisfactory breakfast

4.0 on July 02, 2014

This B&B is beautiful and very charming. Inn hosts were awesome and friendly. However, their breakfasts could use improvement. We were there for two breakfasts and the french toast and egg bakes were both under cooked. Also, the portion sizes were very small without much variety.

Wonderful weekend!

5 on July 02, 2014

We enjoyed our weekend stay. Food was excellent, service very friendly, and our room delightful. Love it here and can't wait to go back.

Lots of charm

4.4 on June 28, 2014

Very lovely place; beautiful garden. The lack of a closet was an issue, though--as was the absence of a full-length mirror. Still, we enjoyed our brief stay. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. Best part of all: the cat, "Mister"-- who seems very happy hanging around outdoors, so folks with allergies shouldn't worry.

Excellent room, OK breakfast

4.4 on June 27, 2014

We spent 2 nights at this lovely establishment. The property and the rooms are immaculate and well-cared for; the owners are fantastic and had lots of tips on good attractions, stores, and dining in the area. The breakfast was all right. The French toast on day 1 was excellent, but the casserole I was served on Day 2 was undercooked. Everyone is served the same dish; what they make that morning is what you get I wasn't expecting a buffet, but it would have been nice to have had options.
