  • In the Gazebo Suite the sitting room features a spectacular whirlpool area. The whirlpool sets on a eight sided platform. The back five sides are floor to ceiling mirrors, and the front three sides have three steps up into the whirlpool.
    The Log Cabin is our largest suite and it has the largest whirlpool. The whirlpools are all for two people but this is the biggest one. This picture was taken from the doorway between the sitting room and the bedroom. The suite is decorated in a primitive country style with lots of antiques. The suite has hardwood floors and logs on the ceiling and walls. A brown leather couch is a nice place to lounge while enjoying the fireplace. We have an antique trunk for a coffee table. Above the whirlpool, grapevines are wound on the ceiling with miniature white lights and bittersweet intermingled for a soft glow.
    The Hayloft Suite was actually a hayloft when Lazy Cloud was built in the early 1920's. Lots of angles in the roof line make this a very cozy and welcoming suite. The Hayloft is done with dark green carpeting and accented with lilacs and shades of purple. A double whirlpool tub faces the fieldstone fireplace. A queen size bed has a quilt done with purples and greens and a green leather loveseat complete the suite.
    The Paul Newman Suite is so named because Paul Newman actually did stay here in 1949 (although we don't know which room he stayed in). This suite is done with wide pine boards like a stable. It has a queen canopy bed, canopy daybed and canopy whirlpool. Dark green carpet accents the wild purple violets on the curtains and the quilts. A large fieldstone fireplace covers a wall about 12 foot long.
    The Blue Moon Suite has the feel of an old cabin from the early 1800's. Slices of logs adorn the walls and canopies have been made above the bed, couch, whirlpool and patio doors to look like old tin roofs with moss growing on them. You can enjoy soaking in your whirlpool for two while gazing into the fire provided by your fieldstone fireplace with a hand made mantle. There is even an outhouse with a half moon, made into a closet.
    Five of the suites at the Inn have huge private decks to enjoy the woods that are right outside your patio doors. Each deck has a table and chairs, and some have a swing or glider for your enjoyment.
    The Stone Grotto Suite is decorated in relaxing colors of purple, lavender and soft yellow. Mini white lights decorate the ivy above the king size bed, covered in a lavender and yellow quilt. The whirlpool tub is tucked in it's own little stone grotto, surrounded by wooden walls with a decorative mirror. You have a reclining loveseat which you can enjoy the glowing flames of your blazing fireplace.
    The Brookside Suite is done in a garden theme, welcoming you with its tray lighting above the walls and its mint green and pink color scheme. The queen size bed is adorned with a pink flower-covered quilt and a beautiful headboard. The whirlpool tub is accented by the back-lit stain glass window and mini white lights winding through the vines in the canopy of the gazebo surrounding the tub. You can enjoy the view of your fireplace while soaking in a relaxing tub.
    The Mossy Glen Suite is a lovely room decorated in colors of the forest: many different, beautiful shades of greens and browns. The king sized bed has linens in soft pinks and light greens. A double whirlpool tub accented with a cast iron pump is a wonderful place to relax while you gaze at the blazing fireplace , which is adorned with a hand made mantle from logs out of our own woods.
    Golden oak logs make the Dreamcatcher Suite glow with the warmth of an elegant log cabin. The suite is decorated with colors of Mother Nature - greens, browns, tans, and accents of mulberry. The King size bed is adorned with a beautiful floral quilt and a canopy of branches with mini white lights and evergreens wound through it. The fieldstone corner fireplace can be viewed while soaking in your whirlpool for two or relaxing on the green leather reclining couch.

We provide the place and the romantic atmosphere - you provide the love, laughter and celebration of your relationship. Relax at the Lazy Cloud B&B or Lazy Cloud Inn which are both located in the beautiful Lake Geneva, Wisconsin area. All of our accommodations are done in our signature romantic style: each accommodation has a luxurious double whirlpool tub and a blazing fireplace. Each one is decorated in an individual theme with a daybed, couch or loveseat for lounging, a small dining area with dorm sized refrigerator and microwave, candles, Raspberry Meltaway chocolates, fluffy bathrobes, bubble bath, radio with CD player, and the Enchanted Evening Game. You will receive a bottle of wine, microwave popcorn and flavored hot chocolate and cappuccino. At the B & B, each room has a queen sized bed with no TV, VCR or telephones, so you can have a quiet relaxing getaway. We serve an expanded continental breakfast. At the Inn, some of the rooms have a king sized bed with a TV/VCR/DVD player for those of you who want to stay connected. Other rooms have a king or queen size bed without a tv. In your room you'll find a continental breakfast consisting of coffee, orange juice, muffins and pastries.

    Cozy Inn for a weekend getaway

    We stayed at the Bluemoon. It was fantastic. Everything was exactly as described, only better. As a small inn, it is kept clean and quiet. The fireplace worked well, except for occasional weird smell since it's gas. The whirl pool was a great idea! After a long walk around the lake geneva, you would want a bath to ease all the sour muscles! We got complimentary chocolate dipped strawberries, sparkling cider, and breakfast muffins, all are very nice. The inn keepers were friendly and helpful. We are already planning to visit in another time around the year, maybe this summer!

    Lazy cloud bed and breakfast review

    My husband and I loved staying here! we only stayed one night as a little of a honeymoon since we are farmers, we couldn't stay very long, but we were both pleased with everything! The breakfast was delicious, all the staff were very friendly, our room was very cozy, and somehow we did not tip the hammocks outside! hope to come here again to celebrate an anniversary down the road!

    This is our fourth time at Lazy Cloud in the last 10 years. The rooms are unique, quiet and cozy. Its a wonderful get away to rekindle with your loved one. We got engaged and celebrated our anniversary here. Lazy Cloud has a special place in our hearts.

    We miss you already!!

    To "ALL" at Lazy Cloud Lodge, I write this to "ALL" because "ALL" were included in our stay at Lazy Cloud and our wedding ceremony!! Viewing "Lazy Cloud" on the internet is much different than being there! We drove from Indiana seeking a place to elope. We went to Lazy Cloud and met "Sandi"!! She was so warm and helpful. We learned from her about all that was included in a “Just The Two Of Us" wedding package. We were to only bring an officiate for our ceremony. We booked the Brandner Room and reserved the date for our wedding. The morning of our wedding I watched the crew set up the gazebo. They decorated, and stood back to make sure all the flowers and curtains were perfect. . Sandi told us for a mere $40.00 Tony would take still pictures for us, part of the package. The pictures Tony took were as professional as any I have seen. Rod was the Innkeeper on our wedding day and I felt like he was our family as he graciously accepted the challenge to video our wedding. WHAT A GREAT JOB HE DID! We stayed four days. The ambiance was so absolutely perfect. The lodge leaves journals for couples to write "their story" of their love and experiences. We enjoyed reading stories back to 2002. The housekeepers: Every single one of were over the top helpful. They all said: Is everything ok? Is there anything I could get for you? The grounds keepers: It rained all but one day, during our stay at Lazy Cloud. That might seem like a bummer...but it wasn't. We still sat on our deck, watched the deer run, and watched a woman make the flowers clean from over growth. Everyone must love their job at Lazy Cloud. Oh!! P.S. Get the BBQ RIB Picnic!! Best we have ever had! Priced right!! The wedding cake, (included in our package was beautiful and very, very good!) One suggestion for Lazy Cloud...please set up a Facebook page!! I want to recommend Lazy Cloud to all my friends! Thank you for everything.

    A slice of heaven

    We recently visited Lazy Cloud Lodge and we were both blown away! It is the perfect country set-up. Complete relaxation and serenity. If you are looking for peace and quiet and truly appreciate the country then this is the place for you. Not only isn't off set from the hustle and bustle of the town, the rooms are very comfortable and cozy! We had rented the Hayloft suite and it was fantastic. All wooden floors and walls and the little thoughtful trinquets that the staff help encourage the couples to partake in. For example, when you stay in this room (its probably true for all rooms but I have no proof of that) there are notebooks and you are encouraged to write down a little note about your experience in hopes that maybe in the following years you will return and look back through the notebook and take a trip down memory lane. Another thing that was super cute was a lot of couple who stayed there hid corks or little doillies around the room with little notes on them as well. Its the little things like that, that really count for me and make me feel part of a "family". The breakfast in the morning is absolutely delicious and far better than any local hotel. The rumors about the sticky buns are true!!! Complete guilty pleasure and worth every bite. They have outdoor games that you can play, and the whole ambiance of the whole place is to just really enjoy eachothers company. (Meaning eachother as you and your spouse or your significant other) Of course in the mornings you can eat in a local area and mingle with other couples but other than that there is a great amount of privacy which is huge to us too. Hands down the best weekend we have ever had. We CAN'T wait to return next year!!!

    Anniversary Celebration......

    We have spent our honeymoon with you and several anniversaries. It also exceeds our expectations. We always stay in the same room and enjoy seeing the small but subtle changes. This is OUR little hideaway....NO phone calls, NO emails, NO tv, just US and it is WONDERFUL....We can go to town and do things or just hang out by the fire.
