Minimum stay required (Two night stay summer weekends when Saturday is involved.)
Smoking is allowed outside only (Smoking is allowed outside on our decks only.)
Limited accommodations for guest pets (Small dogs under 20lbs. Mansions discretion.)
Limitations on children staying (Well behaved children welcomed)
No childcare is provided (The Mansion is not baby proofed. We do not have baby cribs)
Consumption of alcohol is permitted (On sit lounge with full bar and music on Saturday evenings)
Deposit amount required (Any major credit card will hold the reservation. At this time we do not charge deposits.)
Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 11:00am
Cancellations:
We have a 2 week cancellation policy. Any cancellation inside of the 2 weeks is charged in full. Prior to the 2 weeks we have a $25.00 charge per room. When renting the entire Inn there is a 30 day cancellation policy.
