This dish is part of a two course breakfast that starts with fresh baked-from-scratch muffins, the aroma filling the inn each morning; fresh fruit; orange juice - never from concentrate; and coffee or tea. It's served with a side of sausage, sometimes Sweedish potato sausage. It's just one of our guests' many favorites.
