Located on the Mecan River, a world-class trout stream in Wisconsin's Central Sands region, guests enjoy 400 feet of river frontage and no view of neighbors.

Agnes serves your choice of full breakfast menus, including early coffee or tea.

An upstairs loft provides a unique hideaway for a family or group vacation. Two bedrooms share a bathroom with modern shower. The common area has a small refrigerator, sink, microwave, and coffee maker. A separate sitting area, with TV, DVD player, and fireplace make it an ideal retreat. A balcony overlooks the river.

    The Great Room at the River House is a perfect gathering place for friends and family. Warmed by a wood-burning stove in winter, cooled by breezes off the river or air conditioning in really hot summer weather, it's a year-round home-away-from-home.The River House Great Room has a hide-a-bed couch for extra sleeping space.
    The River House has a spacious kitchen with additional dining areas on the adjacent deck.Even in winter, the rippling sound of the Mecan River greets you as you look out the back door at The River House.
