- Deposit amount required (50% of total reservation -min 1-night. Balance due at end of reservation.)

- Cancellations:
All reservations are guaranteed by Visa or MasterCard. 50% (minimum 1 night charge) is due and payable when your reservation is made and the balance at the end of your reservation. Payments are refundable if you cancel 14 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival; or if your reservation is re-rented. A $30/room fee applies to all cancellations.
