This was our first time at a bed and breakfast, Karen and John were excellent hosts with stories and exceptional meals served. They knew the area very well and gave us some insider tips while we were there. We hope to visit again very soon. Thank for a great time, Popo and the Psy Doc.

My wife, and I have been staying at the Bailey House for years. The rooms are always in perfect condition, and well worth the price. We always enjoy the breakfast, and the conversation that comes with it. John and Karen always make sure we are well taken care of, and have always provided exceptional advice for things to do in the area. I would highly recommend staying, and will be returning.

We loved the Bailey House!
Lake Geneva, Lakeside, Village
Milwaukee, WI (MKE-General Mitchell Intl.) 45 miles
We've brewed up the perfect directions from Milwaukee! Take I-794 West to US-41 S (Exits 1B on the left) towards I-43 S (Chicago). After about 5 miles merge onto I-43 S via exit 316 and head towards BELOIT. After just 39 miles, take the WI-67 exit 25 towards ELKHORN/WILLIAMS BAY. At the stop sign, you'll turn left onto WI-67 (Lincoln Street) 6 miles to the Village of Williams Bay to the sharp right bend which becomes GENEVA street. Look right, because it won't be long until you see the Bailey House sign on the right hand side of the road, across from the Yerkes Observatory.

Karen and John Beckman
Karen loves serving up her delicious breakfast recipes and her yummy cookies for hungry houseguests. John enjoys telling tall tales…have you heard one about the Capone gang in our garage? With the help of their friendly mascot, “Barney” (a Jack Russell/Beagle chipmunk chaser), they enjoy creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere where guests can rest, relax and regenerate.
