And they're looking for new owners! What a fantastic turnkey business opportunity.

A life changing experience

My husband and I stayed at The Bailey House last weekend for our "babymoon." From the point of our arrival, John and Karen showed themselves to be welcoming and friendly hosts. The atmosphere was very comfortable and cozy. The breakfasts were delicious both mornings, and the conversations with John and Karen made them even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay again if in the area and recommend The Bailey House to anyone.

This is the way a bed and breakfast should be!!!

The Bailey House in Williams Bay is a beautiful home with a wonderful history. The hosts Karen and John are very gracious and fun to chat with. Their breakfasts are something right out of a gourmet magazine. The rooms were as advertised and the home and grounds are all beautiful. We stayed in The Smythe Suite and it was even bigger than the pictures implied. We have stayed at quite a few B&B's over the years and while the homes have been from good to great, the meals are sometimes lacking but not here. This was all good and in a nice quiet community a small ways from Lake Geneva.

Amazing B&B even in the freezing winter!

My lady and I thoroughly enjoyed it. As soon as we arrived, felt welcome and warm. Lovely, nostalgic place, lovely sounds of classic wood floors. Breakfast were simply works of art each day. Convenient to Lake Geneva and right across from Yerkes Observatory which John recommended. The conversation at breakfast was a highlight. Fireplace was awesome, huge whirlpool tub. Of course, a house this age has minor things that could be updated but they care for it lovely and they more than make up for some updated "finishings" at other places.

relaxing with good energy

Our first B & B stay so maybe I was expecting more of the breakfast part than I should be. Overall, the stay was enjoyable.

2 Day Retreat

Great old B&B, lovely house and grounds, great location and handy to Lake Geneva. Breakfast was wonderful and we had a great muffin demo. by John. All food presentation was very creative and deserves praise. My only negative comment is the bed and linens are tired and need possible retirement. Karen and John do a fantastic job and we look forward to a return trip on our 44th. anniversary. Al & Jan

This was our first time at a bed and breakfast, Karen and John were excellent hosts with stories and exceptional meals served. They knew the area very well and gave us some insider tips while we were there. We hope to visit again very soon. Thank for a great time, Popo and the Psy Doc.

Karen loves serving up her delicious breakfast recipes and her yummy cookies for hungry houseguests. John enjoys telling tall tales…have you heard one about the Capone gang in our garage? With the help of their friendly mascot, “Barney” (a Jack Russell/Beagle chipmunk chaser), they enjoy creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere where guests can rest, relax and regenerate.
