Innkeepers Bob and Linda Yerkes have combined their skills to provide you with beautiful surroundings, gracious hospitality and gourmet breakfasts. You will be greeted by our co-host Emma, our little Yorkshire Terrier. We require two full weeks cancellation notice for a full refund. Late cancellations will receive a full refund if room is reserved by another guest. Special events (ie Iola Old Car Show, EAA Fly In, weddings, etc) require a 25% non refundable deposit with balance of payment to be paid in full 30 days in advance of reservation.
