This was our first experience with a B&B, we wanted a romantic weekend. What we found exceeded our expectations. The Fringe offered amenities not found in major hotels such as private wine tasting or in-room couples massage. The 2-person Jacuzzi was a welcomed treat after a long day. Their recommendation for dining and sight seeing was excellent, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay there again in the future. The Fringe is a bargain for the price and I would recommend them to anyone that would like a nice place to stay for the night.

We had to come home to my mother-in-law's funeral. I could not stay at the Motel, because my husband, her son, had died there. The Fringe is a beautiful Inn. We (my son and I) were the only ones there. We had a balcony with a nice view. The breakfast was three courses and excellent. Highly recommend if you are in The Falls.

This was fifth or sixth time at this B&B. Always consistently good. And the Pauls are excellent, personable hosts.

Everything about the Fringe was great!

Myself and my best friend who was getting married stayed at The Fringe on Friday night and into the Saturday morning of her wedding. We got ready and did her hair at the Fringe on Saturday morning, but not until we had the amazing breakfast and relaxed in the dining room. The room, food, and hosts were all excellent, and it was a perfect way to start her wedding day. The Fringe allowed us to check in late on Friday after the rehearsal dinner and check out later in the morning, which gave us plenty of time to finish getting ready. It was the perfect way to begin her wedding day.

This place was beautiful. Ruth and Carl were very nice. We had a problem with the lock on our door and they stopped what they were doing to fixed it right away. I would stay again if I was ever in the area.

We've stayed at The Fringe twice so far, and we will return. We've stayed in many a bed and breakfasts over the years. This one beats them all. The Paul's are two of the nicest, hard-working people you'll ever meet. They always take time to answer questions about where to go, what to do, etc. The breakfasts are out of this world - all homemade of course!

My husband and I stayed at The Fringe to celebrate our second anniversary. We started here on our wedding night and loved it so much that we had to come back! This stay was wonderful. We had a relaxing evening, great sleep thanks to the very comfortable king sized bed, and breakfast was delicious. They were accommodating to our preferences. My favorite was the rhubarb breakfast cake. It was freshly made and the rhubarb was picked that morning from their garden. I would definitely recommend anyone to give The Fringe a try. You won't regret it!

My husband and I stayed at The Fringe on a weekday night during the off-season and received "special treatment." Our favorite parts were the chocolate chip banana muffins, the tub, and the comfortable room.

I would recommend the wine tasting....it is an experience we will never forget!!!

The Fringe is the perfect getaway. The large rooms are comfortable and cozy, and the hosts will go out of their way to make you feel at home. Each day we returned to a blazing fireplace, and breakfast is outstanding. If you are looking for cozy accommodation while touring around the Sheboygan/Kohler area, The Fringe is that place. But don't tell your friends, because it might become their favorite place too!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary at The Fringe. I was a little bummed out when we got there because it was raining and I had planned some things outside, but my mood sure changed once we checked in. The Fringe is amazing! The rooms are great, and very clean (which is very important to me). The service was outstanding, and breakfast was amazing! Thanks for making our 1st anniversary so special! We will definately be back if we are ever in that area again.

My wife and I had business in Sheboygan and we found this little gem in Sheboygan Falls. Great hosts, good food, very clean and spacious room, and all at a great price. No hesitation in recommending The Fringe B&B!

We came up here for the LPGA Open, and really enjoyed our stay. Great-tasting coffee and orange juice and a delicious three-course breakfast every morning, served to fit your schedule. Carl and Ruth, and family, are excellent host and hostess. Practical folks, very interesting conversations, and very helpful in guiding you to local points of interest. Our mattress was very comfortable. Slept all night through, every night. We will return.

Just an overnight stay fora short getaway...we could not have been more impressed. The staff/owners were pleasant and engaging, super-charming and very cozy b&b. Breakfast was perfect...KIWI! Highly recommend.

A cozy country inn with extremely friendly innkeepers. We enjoyed our stay immensely and highly recommend this B & B. We felt like we have a home away from home and will use this inn again. Excellent food, comfortable beds and the Kohler whirlpool tub was so relaxing on a chilly April evening!

The Fringe was the perfect getaway for our 4th anniversary. Carl and Ruth were very welcoming and accommodated all of our needs. The champagne and truffles I requested were a great value and FABULOUS. For our first stay at a B&B, The Fringe has set the bar very high for our visits to other B&Bs in our future travels! Thank you Carl and Ruth!

Place was cosy and the room was big. The whirpool in the washroom was huge. Although it is technically meant for 2 people, it could comfortably fit 3 I think. We loved breakfast and the inn owner was nice. Great location too.

We have stayed at the Fringe a few other times and have always been pleased with it. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Our room had two recliners, a mini refrigerator filled with soda and water, double whirlpool and a king size bed!! Ruth and Carl served a wonderful breakfast which included homemade pecan rolls, fresh fruit salad, crepes and sausage patties! We will definitely plan a return visit!!!

A very quiet weekend with wonderful breakfast, Sheboygan Falls is a quaint town to explore and great eating places.

We had a wonderful time. We had been to the area before but wanted to stay for only one night. The Fringe was able to accomodate us, though most people were doing two-night minimums. Don't mind the gruff Mr of the house -- he's very sweet, especially come the next morning. And the Mrs is very nice as well. It's comfortable and homey.

This was our second stay at the Fringe, and we only live 20 miles away. If you want a quiet, elegant evening away, this is the place. If you want to be located near fine dinning, a lakeshore walk/drive, or activities, you won't be disappointed. The Pauls will help direct you, and the rest is up to you. Our stay at the Fringe has been just what we needed.

This was our first time at a bed and breakfast. We just wanted to quiet weekend away from the stress of work and kids. We received so much more at the Fringe! The room, the atmosphere, the food, and the hosts (Carl and Ruth) were all excellent. We definitely felt at home and plan on visiting again!

Stayed at The Fringe for 3 nights while visiting our daughter and her husband. Our room was extremely clean and very comfortable. Also, much larger than any other B&B's we've ever stayed in. Carl and Ruth were very accommodating and the breakfasts were delicious. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely repurpose of an old stable - nice, very large common room. Our room large enough, magnet closures of room to bathroom a bit different. Bathroom nicely done.

Will definitely stay here again when in area. Good food and great hosts. We had to leave before the scheduled breakfast time so they were most gracious in accommodating us with an early breakfast time.

Stayed at The Fringe to accompany my spouse to a car race. The inn was a pleasant surprise--cozy,quiet,friendly owners, great and spacious room, and last, but not least, wonderful breakfasts! I even took away recipes. I seldom sleep well away from home, but not there. Everything is quiet and peaceful. I intend to return even if I have to spend a few hours at the race track!

My husband and I stayed at The Fringe for our wedding night. The innkeepers were friendly and even delivered breakfast to our room the next morning. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi bathtub and the large size of the room. We highly recommend staying there. We hope to return again!

We arrived and were greeted nicely. We checked in and went to our room. We looked at the only open room since it was not rented and decided that we would rather have that room. We were able to switch. Every little need we had was met during our stay. We would recommend this place to anyone, and given the opportunity, we would go back. Be sure to ask about the history when you go.

My husband and I needed a weekend away to relax. "The Fringe, A Country Inn" offered us just that with a homie feel. It's a beautiful home just off the highway and not far for us to get to. We had the place to our selves, being that it was the off season. The beds were big and comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and luxurious. Breakfast was delicious. The Innkeepers were friendly and welcoming. Very much enjoyed it and plan to go back soon.

The inn was breath taking. We stayed here on a Saturday in October 2009 before heading up to Green Bay, WI for a Packer game. The facility was modern and beautiful. We eat a great dinner in town and sleep comfortably all night. Unfortunately, we got up late and had to skip breakfast to meet friends in Green Bay, WI for tailgating. We did grab a breakfast to go bag, which had fresh fruit, water, yogurt and a muffin in it. We wished we had more time to enjoy the inn.

A class reunion brought us to Sheboygan Falls. The Fringe just happened to be right across the street from our reunion. Carl and Ruth Paul are delightful Innkeepers. The room we stayed in was super. Neither my wife nor I had ever experienced a whirlpool bath before, so we took advantage of it both nights! Pure luxury! Breakfast was more than ample for both of us. We'd go back again in a heartbeat. Bob & Margaret from Oak Park IL

On a recent trip to Door County, we stayed in four B & B's and this was by far the very best. Ruth and Carl were very hospitable and their restored barn was absolutely terrific. Breakfast was very good and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

The Fringe Inn is located amidst so much to do any season of the year. We enjoyed shopping and relaxing at the Inn. The hot tub is wonderful.

We had a great time, Ruth (owner) was wonderful, gracious and very hospitable. The suite we stayed in was wonderful. Clean and spacious with a huge whirlpool tube that we loved. The breakfast was delicious. Homemade coffeecake, fresh fruit salad, a denver-like omelet with english muffins. Sheboygan Falls is an adorable town and we had a great time sight-seeing. Will definately be back.
