Our annual visit to relatives in the Fond du Lac area became exponentially more enjoyable when we discovered this lovely retreat in 2010. Again this year we fully enjoyed the amazing privacy and peacefulness of this country cottage. However, we were also able to entertain friends and family who have come to love sharing a glass of wine on the balcony. What a great place to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We're already booked for next year.

This is the first B&B we have stayed at that really felt "like home." Privacy is the biggest luxury and we had it in abundance. The setting is physically beautiful inside and out and the amenities are generous. One special treat was donning the plush robes and sharing our morning coffee on the deck. Our Fondy area friends and family came by for visits and absolutely loved the place. We will be back next year -- and hopefully for many more after that.

Wow - where do I begin?!? What an amazing place! First of all, the setting - even though you're only about a mile from "civilization", you'd never know it. You're nestled in the most relaxing wooded area! Next - the amenities. WOW!! From the Keurig coffee maker, to the state-of-the-art kitchen (FULL of any appliance you could dream of at your disposal), to the fluffiest feather bed imaginable, to the luxrious bathrooms (there are two!), to the STOCKED fridge & freezer - you couldn't ask for anything more. And if there is something special that you want or need, Sue is right there at your beck & call. But if you'd prefer total isolation, you can have that too. I loved that it's a full-service B&B, but it's not cloyingly Victorian, like so many B&Bs are. The decor is decidedly urban chic. And guys, it's definitely masculine enough to make you feel right at home too! Oh, did I mention the 60" Samsung flat-screen TV with DVD? There's a TV & DVD player in the bedroom, too! You're going to love your stay here. I can't say enough good things about it - and we're going to tell all of our friends. Oh, and we'll definitely be back!! :D

The Moondance is your home away from home! I'm not sure what we enjoyed more: The wildlife, the assortment of food and beverages, or the relaxing featherbed. The Moondance is your place for a relaxing getaway from the stresses of everyday life. And if needed close enough to town to have a night away. Highly recommendable retreat!!!!! Will be going back again
