    Rose Hill Farm is part of a working farm and offers a unique setting for you to enjoy. A truly exculsive peaceful, relaxing and private getaway. Fantastic views, Luxury linens, warm comforters, robes and soft pillows in your bedrooms. Muffins coffee/tea are delivered to your door prior to a full gourmet breakfast. 350 acres of farmlands invite you to wander through the woods, explore 2 miles of Yakima riverfront for fly fishing or walk some of the 3 mile trails. Draft horses beckon you to visit with them, deer roam freely, eagles nestle in the trees in winter and daffodils bloom in spring. Starting in 2011 we will be offering Self Catering Accommidations: Luxury Garden Suite with fantastic views. Sleeps 4 people. 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, soaking tub. Fully equipped kitchen, Saterlite TV. Gas Fire. River Bend Cottage sleeps up to 8 people. Fully equipped kitchen. Wrap around porch. Saterlite TV. Gas fire. BBQ. Children, dogs and horses welcome. Studio sleeps 3 people, kitchette, wood fire, saterlite TV. 3/4 bathroom, tackroom lounge. If you love horses you will love this!!

If you must cancel we do require 7 days notice on the Cottage. 72hrs prior to 12 noon day of check in on the Studio and Bed and Breakfast. If the notice is shorter and we cannot rebook your room I am afraid you do not get a refund.

    Our first experience at a B&B was a pleasant surprise. Very clean, wonderful food and service. Charming hostess and gorgeous view. Highly recommend!

    This was our first B&B experience! Loved it! A much more personal and homey way of travel lodging. Can't wait to do it again!

    the scenery surrounding the b&b was marvelous and peaceful. no people in sight! wonderful hosts and breakfasts. there are horses and sheep outside to watch.

    Rose Hill Farm B & B is great! The scenery is beautiful, the food is fantastic and the beds are so comfortable. I definately will be go back.
