The cottage has a Roman Style bath with double Jacuzzi and walk in shower.
The master bedroom, with queen size bed, is decorated in blue & white toile fabrics.
A second bedroom with twin beds accommodates the other 2 adults that may be traveling with you.
Living Room has a gas burning fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD. A comfortable library with desk, stereo & wireless internet service.
A wonderful complimentary breakfast is brought to you in the morning. Located near Puget Sound beaches as well as superb restaurants. It's just a short drive into the city and exciting attractions.

From Interstate I-5 take exit 143 onto S. 320th St, going West. Drive West on S.320th st. about 4 miles until you reach 47th Ave. SW. (or Hoyt Rd.) Turn right to Hwy. 520, (or Dash Point Rd.). Turn left onto Dash Point Rd, drive another mile past Dash Point State Park, and at top of hill turn left (up the hill) on 21st. Ave. N.E.. Drive two blocks to Austin Rd. N.E., and turn right and right again into Rose Cottage Guest House's drive. Register at the Tudor house behind Rose Cottage. - Nearest major airport: Seattle, WA (SEA-Seattle Tacoma) 16 miles

Policies - Minimum stay required (during holiday & weekends)
- Smoking is not allowed (No smoking as state law prohibits and guests comfort)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets (No pets for health and safety of our guests)
- Limitations on children staying (No more than 2 with adults)
- No childcare is provided
- Deposit amount required (One night accommadation in advance.)
- Check in time is 4:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00am
- Cancellations:
Deposits are refunded with 14 days advance notice minus a $35.00 accounting fee. Within the 14 day reservation period, 50% of the total days booked will be refunded if the room can be rebooked minus accounting fee. Within 7 days you will be responsible for the full amount due. No show's will be charged the full amount plus accounting fees. - Accepted by the following agencies:
