Our elegant custom home overlooks a private 18-hole disc (frisbee) golf course in the Pacific Northwest Willapa hills. Abundant wildlife will visit you from 80 acres of forest; there is fishing in our large pond and nearby river, and hiking trails deep into state forest land. Down the country road is the Skamokawa National Historic District and 20,000 acres of Columbia River national wildlife refuges for kayaking and canoeing, unchanged since the time of Lewis and Clark. Our county is a step back in time--there are no stop lights anywhere.

We've stayed At the Inn at Lucky Mud many times. we've also given gift certificates to 3 of our friends and they were also impressed with the inn.We traveled a lot and we have never stayed at a place that impressed us more. Jessica and Sunrise are great hosts, the setting is beautiful, the service and the food is outstanding and the cost is modest.
