Very large washroom, somewhat crowded bedroom. Lots of ornaments everywhere - though it was Christmas. Nice toiletries were available, and an effort was made to provide interesting food at breakfast - but not much choice. Overall an okay place to stay but rather expensive. The yard would have been nice in the summer.

We were visiting the Seattle area for only a couple days, and decided to try a local B&B. The house is located on a quiet street, and is relatively easy to find. Our room was a little small, but certainly adequate for the limited time we spent there. The hospitality was great, and the breakfasts were well-prepared. Nothing really extraordionary about this B&B, but it was a pleasant stay overall.

Very nice stay. Stairs were a little steep. Quiet and pleasant. Dogs did not bother us, but apparently bothered others. We'll probably go back when we visit again. W Seattle doesn't have many choices. This is much more pleasant than the Motel.
