Decorated in crisp blues, yellows and whites this is one of the brightest rooms in the house, lots of space provides for a queen white iron bed, a private bath with shower, and a nice sitting area. The largest room in the house, this spacious chamber features a fabulous queen sleigh bed. A Franklin Stove gas fireplace provides a warm and romantic glow. Named after the park at the end of our street, this cozy lower level suite has its own white picket fence guiding you to its entrance. Outside the front door there is a nice secluded porch. Once inside, this suite has the warmth of hardwood floors throughout. The living room has sofa, coffee table and antique oak desk and TV table. The bedroom features a queen antique iron bed, and there is a private bath with tub and shower. The kitchen is cute, with oak eating table, and decorative tiles. This suite can accommodate 2- 4 persons as the sofa does pull out into a comfy queen bed. TV/DVD & WiFi.

Named after the nearby Greenlake park this suite has a sunny porch with a view of the gardens and property just outside the front door. Inside is a living room with sofa, mahogany furniture, pictures of Greenlake in the old days and its own set of oars. There is a bedroom with antique iron bed, and private bath with tub and shower. Spacious kitchnette and eating area. Big picture windows let in lots of sun! This suite is air-conditioned in the summer months. This suite can accommodate 2-4 persons as the sofa does pull out into a comfy queen bed. TV/DVD and WiFi.

Named after the nearby University of WA, this suite is carpeted throughout. There is a sunny sitting area by the fountain just outside the front door of the suite. The living room is casual with a comfy couch and DVDs ready to view. There is an eating area and large kitchenette. The bedroom has a warm feel with a black iron bed, and is decorated in shades of blue, large white wooden blinds complete the cozy look. Private bath has a tub and shower. Named for the Cascade Mountains there is a great view of them from the large sitting porch just outside the front door. There is just 1 private bath, with a tub and shower, centrally located between the 2 bedrooms. The large kitchenette has a territorial view as does 1 of the bedrooms. TV/DVD and WiFi.
