The Harvard-Belmont Historical District, a protected area of fine, elegant homes of yesteryear, abuts the B&B on Capitol Hill. Several colleges are located on "the hill." As part of historic Seattle, the neighborhood is an excellent choice for visitors.
Built in 1903, the B&B on Capitol Hill is a comfortable, mid-sized American Foursquare" home, characteristic of turn-of-the-century Seattle architecture. Guests will find the atmosphere friendly, quiet, and pleasant.

From the south (airport) take I-5 north to the Olive Street exit to Braodway. Turn left on Broadway, go north past the Safeway grocery store, to Roy. Turn left on Roy and immediately turn right onto Broadway East (you are still driving north). The B&B is mid-block on the left. There is a numbered sign (#739) by the driveway.
