Relaxing night inn (get it??)

3.8 on January 22, 2015

The rooms are beautiful! Big, comfy bed and a nice warm jacuzzi. The aesthetic of the buildings from the outside leaves a little bit to be desired...but we're not picky and you can't beat the natural setting. We didn't leave the comfort of the room once the whole time we were there (the snowy setting made this quite convenient). Overall...a really great night away! :)

Winter Wedding Wonderland

3.8 on January 16, 2015

Between Christmas & New Year Holidays 2014, our son married his lovely wife here. David & Rachel are so accommodating and a delight to work with. The venue was perfect and they worked so hard to "flip" the room from ceremony to reception with all 100+ guests still inside in less than 10 minutes. If you are like our new daughter and want a spectacular winter wedding, this is the place. highly recommended.

Sweet winter getaway

We've stayed at Pine River Ranch several times in the past. It's our preferred location when visiting Leavenworth. We most certainly will return again!

Love the Pine River Ranch

4.6 on January 03, 2015

The rooms are so cozy and everything I provided that you need. Great selection of DVDs and a great view outside the porch window. Service is excellent and we loved every bit of our stay. The location is fabulous because it's super close to Stevens Pass where we went skiing, and close enough to Leavenworth to stop by and visit the shops.

Will be there and again

One of the best cabins I have ever stayed! Nice host and nice room

Charming, rustic retreat

3.0 on December 26, 2014

Spent 2 nights at Pine River Ranch for a romantic getaway near Leavenworth. PROS: secluded location but still just 25min drive to Leavenworth; nice touches in rooms including Philosophy bath products, popcorn, chocolate, new snowshoes, Christmas tree and Christmas music (December). The historic barn on property is a beautiful, quick little exploration. Met the owner David who was extremely friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds, pillows and linens. CONS: room decor is quaint but a little outdated (could use a face lift). Breakfast was disappointing. Large portions but very processed and unappetizing (rubbery eggs, too much cheese and store-bought muffins). Considering the $200/night pricetag, we expected a more fresh, homemade breakfast.

Great Getaway

Nice environment to get away and relax.

A weekend geta away

We enjoyed the peacefulness of Pine River Ranch, after a long celebration in the town of Leavenworth with all the bustles of the Lichterfest and people attending it. We were looking forward to come to the Ranch our Home away from Home cozy with the comfortable atmosphere it provided during our stay.

Perfect place for a romantic getaway!

My husband and I stayed at the Pine River Ranch when visiting Leavenworth for the holiday lighting festival. The grounds were beautiful, the staff was friendly & helpful, the rooms were absolutely perfect down to every last detail, and the food was AMAZING! We have always stayed in town when visiting before, but from the moment we arrived we knew we would never stay anywhere else when coming to Leavenworth again! The staff was polite & helpful, telling us all about the grounds and room, and offering tips & details on enjoying the festival. The grounds were quiet, peaceful, and gorgeous, and we had a lot of fun exploring them. The private cabin we stayed in was fantastic - every detail was in place for a perfectly romantic getaway! The bed was comfortable and the tub was cozy and a great place to soak & relax after a long day of shopping and exploring the town! Waking up each morning to the quiet, snowy view and the BEST breakfast delivered to the cabin porch was just perfect. The first morning we enjoyed a banana & peanut butter stuffed french toast with sausage, hash browns & fruit. Seriously, my husband hasn't stopped talking about that breakfast! The next morning we enjoyed a tasty breakfast casserole and the same wonderful hash browns, which was lucky, because after the first morning, my husband said he would be so disappointed if he didn't get to eat more of the potatoes before we left, because they were so good! This place exceeded all of our hopes and expectations! Before we drove away, we were already planning to reserve the cabin for next year!

Very goood, but....

I have stayed here several times and have loved it every time, including this time. The staff is friendly, always helpful, the grounds and rooms are spacious and beautiful, and they offer awesome amenities that make your stay worth-while. However I was not as impressed with the condition of the room as I have in previous visits. Although the room was clean, it was not well maintained. I am not sure if there are new owners/cleaners/management/etc but here is what I saw that I did not expect to see in my room: paint touch-ups done in a different shade of paint than what was on the wall, chipped paint on the counter tops, no hair dryer but the plastic wall mount piece was still where it should have been, dry wall in the toilet area had been poorly patched where the old paper holder was but not painted over, the soap dish mounted to the wall was about to fall off, the light shades on the bedside tables were so old and discolored that the plastic was starting to crack off in pieces. None of these are huge problems, they just weren't what I expected to see at such a top rated B&B that I had been to before. I loved my stay and will definitely go back again, but I have to call it like I see it; whoever is in charge of maintenance is slacking.
