Autumn Pond rests on three quiet country acres, surrounded by panoramic views of the majestic Cascades. The location is perfect for a brisk walk to downtown or a quiet evening stroll to the Ski Hill area where wild flowers will delight your senses. Unwind in a wooden swing by the pond and watch the wild birds in their natural setting.

My wife and I enjoyed a night in the Country Western Suite on Saturday night 4/9/16. Everything was top notch. We really enjoyed talking to John, who had both entertaining stories and many helpful tips to guide our activities around town. John's gourmet breakfast blew away our expectations. It was not only delicious and plenty filling, but also presented beautifully. Because the house was designed as a B&B, the layout is perfect for privacy, with all the B&B rooms separated from the host's section of the home. Room was spacious and comfortable with tasteful décor. Peaceful rural setting, complete with pond in front, mountain views and horse pasture in back, and a 15 minutes walk (or short drive) to town. We look forward to coming back!

We were looking for a weekend getaway and found found Autumn Pond B&B. Autumn Pond B&B turned out to be a great choice as it was clean, in the location we were looking for and fairly inexpensive. Breakfast was awesome and the host was very friendly and outgoing.

Such a wonderful stay - we couldn't be happier. John as made such a great escape for those staying in Leavenworth. The house itself is incredibly clean (especially considering how many people go in and out - I have no idea how he does it!). My absolute favorite part of staying here is the wonderful breakfast John makes. I have dietary restrictions (no dairy - and let's be honest, it's pretty difficult to make an outstanding breakfast w/o butter, cheese, and milk) and John is very accommodating - always (I've been here 3 times) making adjustments to my food. He is a great host in a perfect location (only about a mile away from downtown Leavenworth). Obviously I'd recommend this place to anyone!

My husband and I stayed at this charming B&B in January. John is a great cook and he's from Iowa .... need I say more? The location is just off the beaten path of the town...quiet, serene and beautiful setting. Highly recommend it.

Spent a couple of days over New Year's at the Inn with my adult kids. The rooms are lovely, and the walk into the downtown was refreshing and easy. The breakfasts were spectacular and carried us through a day of skiing at Stevens Pass. John was a gracious host and we enjoyed his recommendations for restaurants etc. Leavenworth was all lit up and very festive place to celebrate the new year.

We found this place on a whim and are glad we did. We were greeted by John when we arrived and he gave us great ideas and tips for checking out the local town. He had plenty of warm teas, coffee and beverages ready to enjoy. The location was amazing, especially with a of the snow. The B&B was nestled back below below the mountains and made for a great place to sit down and enjoy a drink. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

We stayed a Sunday night to attend the Christmas Lighting Festival. This B&B is in a quiet area but still close enough to walk to downtown and the festival activities. The room was small but cheerful and comfortable. The common area had a couple of comfortable couches and tables for good conversation, playing games or drinking wine (wine glasses provided). The host is very friendly and cooked a big and very delicious breakfast. I will definitely check it out again if we are in the Leavenworth area again.

We always enjoy our stay at Autumn Pond. Our room had a lovely sunrise view,,quiet and restful. John prepares gourmet breakfasts and makes us feel so at home. We also enjoy being able to play games and visit with our friends in the common room.

We lucked out one year as we were looking for a room last minute for the Christmas Tree Lighting in Leavenworth. Fortunately for us timing was on our side. John had a cancellation right before we called. We've stayed here each year for the last 6 years. If you are looking for a peaceful clean place, this is for you. Four of the five rooms are small, but very clean. John has one room that is larger with a jacuzzi tub also very clean. All rooms have their own bathrooms. The breakfast John cooks for his guests are unbelievably amazing!!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!! The setting is beautiful, it's about 1/4 mile out of town (if you are a walker, easy walk). John is friendly and full of information for tourist. A definite gem!!!!!!! A.D. and W.E.
