Our signature dish is Organic Crustless Gourmet Quiche
Presented in individual dishes, guests especially enjoy the organic, crustless quiche Julianna prepares fresh and hot for in the morning. Ingredients often include organic spinach, fig chevre, sun-dried tomatoes, herb-sausage, and topped with creme fraishe and fresh basil. Served with fresh, organic fruits and scones or crumpets. Delicious! Other signature dishes include Ricotta Pancakes with warm fruit compote and real maple syrup, and home-made biscuits and gravy - gourmet and beautifully presented of course!
