The Country Cedar Inn

Today was the second of my wedding experiences at The Country Cedar Inn...the wedding of my sister. And two years before, the wedding of my son. The site is beond compare. There are tall trees, gorgeous perrinenal gardens and an outdoor fireplace that is to dream of. Everything is perfectly kept and tended to. But more importantly are the innkeepers, Troy and Michelle. They truly care about your experiences with them and will do anything to make you comfortable and to help out, where needed. (But they still have the art of being 'unseen' at the appropriate times.) Troy and Michelle have managed to help make two weddings come together for me, beautifully and always with a smile on their faces. And for those of you not planning a wedding, it's a wonderful place to just 'get away'.....quiet, peaceful, serene.....where you can go to get back to feeling not a care in the world.

Great property with beautiful rooms. The garden room was amazing although slightly feminine. Troy & Michelle were very welcoming, but not overly in your face. Only negative was the water pressure in the showers, but I would recommend to anyone.

My husband & I had the pleasure of staying at the Country Cedar Inn in honor of our anniversary and hubby's birthday. We purchased the Honeymoon Package which was nothing short of perfection. Their "Garden Room" is by far the plushest, most beautiful room in the inn; the scrumptious chocolate covered strawberries, sparking cider and lovely bouquet that greeted us upon entry to our room provided just the right touch! Their cooking is incredible; homemade snickerdoodle cookies, decadent triple layer chocolate cake, and a hearty breakfast consisting of thick slices of French toast, sausage and fresh fruit (coffee and tea too, of course). Everything was just perfect and we cannot wait to go back. Our only regret is that we only booked the room for one night! :) Thank you, Troy & Michelle for your exemplary service and hospitality! it was so nice to be able to get away from work with my boyfriend for 2 nights. the inn keepers made wonderful breakfast each morning. we had a beautiful room with a great view and a huge bath tub. i was impressed that the fire place was so romantic. i will in the future go again. it was worth it

This was my first B&B. I was an instant convert. The place was wonderful! The food and surrounding was great! The owners were fantastic.

You can get away from "it all" and still drive into town and get some awesome Italian food and super diner food from Cranky J's. Troy was very personable and genuine. He left us lemon meringue pie on the table after we went out to dinner our first night - then the next morning we had to be up too early for breakfast so he left us yummy fresh fruit and pound cake - yeehaw! Breakfast was this ultra cool Baked French Toast with Strawberries. We got real whipped cream (looked potentially homemade) and turkey sausage. The bathroom was impeccable (I am picky about my bathrooms) and the Seaside Room has a gorgeous view that they don't show on the website! If you're low on cash that's a great room. I am definitely going for the Garden Room next time - I got a glimpse of it and it would be worth every penny!

Everything at the B&B was amazing. From the food, to the beds/rooms. We loved it and are recommending it to all of our friends and family!

We had a great stay here. We needed a place close to family that had a kitchen available to us to use for our son's special diet and we needed a clean place that was free of animals. We loved our stay and want to return! The owners were more than fabulous! You will be pleased with the home and its quality accommodations.

This is our second visit; last time was under previous ownership. Service and breakfast was outstanding.

A haven of delights. The towering trees, inspiring views, abudant colorful gardens: Attention is paid to the needs and pleasure of every guest.

We loved our visit .... the Garden Room has an excellent view and a private patio with a swing. We felt like we were visiting friends. Totally relaxing and couldn't get enough of the scenery. Hosts were the best.

A very nice B & B. The evening dessert was especially a nice treat. Would definitely recommend.

It was truly a blessing to step aside from the hurried pace and find a warm, cozy, friendly place to slow down and rest.

My girlfriend and I recently visited The Country Cedar Inn and were pleasantly surprised by this Gem in the middle of the Woods of Granite Falls, Didn't really know what to expect but the Inn, the Rooms and the Hosts were nicer and friendlier than we could have ever hoped for. Definitely will be repeat visitors!
