The Miller Tree Inn is a 1916 farm homestead bordered on two sides by pasture land, at the edge of small Forks, WA. The inn has 8 rooms, all with private bathrooms. Some rooms have gas fireplaces and jetted tubs. Our guests have use of a covered front porch, 2 common areas, TV/DVD, piano and wireless internet. We are located near the Hoh Rain Forest and Pacific beaches and other wonders of Olympic National Park. We are also close to many rivers where guests can arrange for drift boat fishing trips, mostly in October - April, when we will do pre-dawn breakfasts for our angling guests. A full, hot breakfast is included in the room rates and is normally served between 7:30 and 9:00 AM.

The inn was very nice, well cared for, and the staff were helpful. The breakfast served were beyond all my expectations, as was the service. The only downside was how thin the walls were, we could hear everything. I'm a very light sleeper so that was an issue for me, but other than that it was a nice place to stay over the weekend. The location was great, right in the center of town so most things were within easy walking distance. In addition to that, the beaches on the coast were a short 20 minute drive. I would stay here again.

Such a beautiful place. Stayed in the Ella room and loved waking up in the morning to such an amazing view. Everything I could have possibly needed was there and available for me. ...and Breakfast!! Ohhhh, the breakfast!! We had the eggs benedict, and how scrumptious! Everything was absolutely perfect! We couldve stayed there indefinitely!

We had a phenomenal time at the Miller Tree In. We planned to drive from Portland, up and around the Washington Coast, passed Port Angeles and Lake Crescent, and then to Seattle. Forks was our midway point and sadly, we only stayed the night. Forks is.... well.... small, and generally twilight themed (not our cup of tea). We arrived when the town was dark, to The Miller Tree Inn, which was easy to find in a town with no streetlights, Warmly welcomed into Ella's Suite. I think this was the best sleep I've had in my life, the bed was amazing, the sheets were so soft we just ordered a pair for home. The suite was so cute, and we LOVED the fireplace. It was charming and incredibly clean (even the jets in the bathtub-- I checked). I took a jacuzzi bath, and hung out by the fire, in my robe provided by MTI. The room was so quiet-- you couldn't hear anyone in the house, and we loved being on the ground floor (great view out the windows + no stairs!) Definitely recommended. We awoke to delicious Orange French Toast and our house-mother entertained us with stories about the quietest places she has ever been to. I loved her. I, personally, don't think theres anything to do in Forks, but I would go back, JUST to spend another night at the MTI. Going to recommend it to all of my friends.

Our recent stay at the Miller Tree Inn was an absolute delight. The main floor of this old turn of the century mansion has been left as it was when it was first built, bringing with it a warm and cozy invitation for a wonderful stay. Our room (Elk View) was very spacious and nicely updated with a gas fireplace, two person jacuzzi tub, cable tv, microwave and a mini fridge stocked with complimentary goodies. The king size bed was very comfortable and there was even a nice pair of binoculars for gazing at the wildlife of this pastoral part of Washington state. The folks in charge were extremely gracious and more than willing to answer any questions we had about the Inn and the region and because it was our 20th anniversary and our first stay in a bed and breakfast, we were greeted with apple cider and a congratulatory card upon arrival which was very thoughtful. The only minor fault we could find was with the breakfast which we thought was delicious but a bit meager. For the price we paid for one nights stay, a couple of eggs along with the french toast would have complimented the meal nicely and elevated it from an A to an A+, but overall it was a wonderful experience worthy of a repeat visit.
Thank you for taking your time to give us such a nice review. We really appreciate it, though we are sorry that your breakfast experience did not meet your expectations. Typically when offering a sweet dish for breakfast, we will either have cheese and hard boiled eggs available in addition to the daily entrée OR in our less busy months we will offer to cook eggs for you once we deliver your breakfast entrée. We must have forgotten and we do apologize for this oversight.

My husband and I have stayed here several times, and my friends and I before that. Each time is such a treat. Bill and Susan are delightful, and give you plenty of information to have a good trip. The location is good, perfectly situated to visit La Push beaches, the Hoh Rainforest, Lake Cresent, and many other attractions nearby. Also, Susan is a fabulous cook! And, they are happy to accommodate food allergies if you let them know what you need to avoid. Will certainly stay here again and would recommend it to others.
