Otters Pond Bed and Breakfast of Orcas Island is an intimate B&B adult environment dedicated to satisfying Island guests in the midst of one of the most beautiful archipelagos in the world---The San Juan Islands in the State of Washington. Otters Pond, is perfectly located on Orcas Island near Moran State Park, Mt. Constitution, Rosario Marina and the village of Eastsound. Kayaking, bicycling, hiking, whale watching, sailing, fishing and art browsing are some of the prime activities that visitors enjoy. It is a peaceful setting for just plain relaxing.
The five-room Bed and Breakfast residence is situated on six acres of woodland and adjoins a wonderful birders paradise---Otters Pond. From the upper floor bedrooms you can see ducks, geese, herons, kingfishers, swans and bald eagles. Black tail deer abound. The Pond hugs our rear sunny deck where you may become mesmerized by natures display while you enjoy a five course gourmet breakfast or just lay back with a bottle of spring water and a good book.
Rooms are delightfully decorated in an elegant yet uncluttered northwest contemporary style with skylights and open airiness that yields views of the woodland and pond at almost every turn. Built four years ago the French country style, cedar home is private and cozy. The front porch is a great place to enjoy the woodland views and even have your first cup of coffee and breakfast too. Otters Pond Bed and Breakfast is a place where you will discover the spirit of Orcas Island and rekindle your enthusiasm for natures bounty. Otters Pond B&B is a non-smoking residence.

      A valid VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card will secure your reservation. At the time we accept your reservation we charge your credit card for the first night¿s stay. At the 30th day or less prior to your arrival, your credit card will be charged for the balance of your entire stay. If you cancel within 30 days prior to your stay with us, you will be responsible for all room nights you reserved. You are only reimbursed if we are able to re-book any or all of the room nights. A 10% cancellation fee applicable to the entire reserved stay will be deducted from your reimbursement regardless of whether the room is rebooked. You are responsible for all reserved room nights regardless of delayed check-in or early checkout.

Our quiet forest-wetland offers views of our woodlands and nature-laden pond at almost every turn. This French-Country bed and breakfast is styled to reflect Northwest living at its finest. All rooms are delightfully decorated in an elegant yet comfortable style; light and airy with skylights for star gazing. The Goldfinch Room is spacious and light-filled. It has a  view of the gardens and woodland. A large fireplace warms the room in all seasons and skylights add the pristine night sky. Upscale furnishings are in green/gold tones.     You can relax on the large deck overlooking the pond or enjoy the creek and wooded areas from the large wrap-around front porch while sipping your morning coffee or tea. A five-course sumptuous breakfast is included in our rates. This is a haven... to relax.....retreat to tranquility. This is a place to enjoy the warmth of a fire, our quiet library and our euphoric, private hot tub.The Swan Room has a small, non-wood burning fireplace and an adjacent, common-area library with a pond view. The king bed and elegant furnishings with the warm tonal effects from the skylights creates a peaceful, romantic retreat. The large bath is private and features an extra length claw foot tub and double shower overlooking the woods and creek.
