A generous country continental breakfast with homemade goodies is provided within your suite, for your leisurly, uninterrupted private dining out on your deck, bed tray or at the table beautifully set with antique dishes.

We are located on Whidbey Island--just 30 miles north of Seattle and a delightful ferry ride from the mainland.

    Drive 30 miles north from Seattle on Interstate 5. Take exit 189 and travel on highway 526, following signs to Whidbey Island via Mukilteo-Clinton Ferry. Enjoy a 20-minute ferry crossing, leaving every half-hour with 120-car capacity. Upon arrival at Clinton dock, go 7 miles North on highway 525. Just beyond shopping center, turn left at the stop light (park-n-ride on the corner) onto the Bayview Road. Drive 3/4 mile and turn right onto Sunshine Lane. Look for the big cedar-colored farmhouse with red trim. The sign at the driveway entrance Welcomes You Home to The FARMHOUSE.

    Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is approximately 20 minutes south of Seattle. Take Interstate 5 North through Seattle and continue North following the directions to property. Allow about 1 & 1/2 hours from the airport, for the drive to the Mukilteo ferry landing (south Everett) for the 15 minute ferry ride to Whidbey Island.

      Gary is a 35 year volunteer fireman and retired ferry boat captain. He has the best Raspberry patch, the biggest Pumpkins and the juciest Rhubarb. He also has a 1951 GMC firetruck in the garage. Janie is a retired school teacher and loves gardening, decorating, and baking. We both enjoy making our guest's visits "Someting Special".

    Albertine Climbing Rose is a sight to behold in JuneLooking southwest from the Rose Garden Suite deck, you can see Puget Sound shipping lanes:  a freighter heading toward Seattle and a cruise ship probably heading to Alaska.  Olympic Mountains are just behind the clouds.
    We love our bunnies.  Here's a close up of one just waiting for someone to offers a carrot snack.  These bunnies are part domestic & part wild but very tame. They live and play in our yard and orchard.Leo and Cleo,our resident donkeys, are ready to welcome you to the Farmhouse.
    Having breakfast in The Loft Suite while enjoying the view of Double Bluff and Useless BayLooking toward the southwest on a glorious day.  Puget sound shipping lanes, Useless Bay, Double Bluff and the Olympic Mountains.
