If reservation is cancelled 8 or more days (15 days if a holiday) before the first day of the reservation, then the deposit is refunded minus a $10 handling fee. If the cancellation is made 2 to 7 (2 to 15 if a holiday) days before the first day of the reservation, then then the deposit is retained and a gift certificate is supplied to be used during the off season.
