Nine acres of views which include the Olympic Mountains, flower gardens, woodland walkways, end-of-the-road quiet. The cottage, private suite in the lodge-type home, and bedrooms and baths feature a hot tub, libraries, grand piano, board games. Cobblestone pathways and outdoor firepits add charm.

1.6 out of 5Disappointed
June 27, 2011
June 25,2011 Worst experience I've ever had. The house is dark and cold and needs updating and a few lights to read by with more than a 40watt bulb.Carpets look like it's been months since the last vacuum was used. ..maybe that explains the poor lighting. Hostess was absent when I arrived at 2:30 to check in and at 5:30 when I returned she was still absent with a note on the door directing me to a room that was a bathroom.I returned for the 3rd time at 7:00pm to finally have the hostess show me my room. (She explained that she was in a hurray and left the wrong instructions). The next morning I got myself up at 7:45 because there was a note posted that breakfast would be at 8am ...silly me. When I went into the kitchen nothing was happening and the hostess explained that that was because it was Sunday and breakfast was at 9:00am. I made my own cup of tea for breakfast with hot tap water at the sink. This women has evidently never learned how to make tea in a tea pot or how to be a hostess.

We stayed in the cottage and used the fire pit. The view from the sitting room window was serene. Patti was a delightful hostess and a gourmet breakfast was served in a tranquil setting. I would love to stay there again when I visit.

4.6 out of 5Charm on the Farm
January 04, 2009
Our stay was fantastic! We stayed in the private cottage which was separate from the main house, although we were the only guests there. It was charming and comfortable. The farm was relaxing and refreshing and hearing Patti's daily farm challenges was quite fun. Her breakfasts were delicious, accompanied by great stories. We definitely recommend this charming farm for your stay on Bainbridge Island.
4.2 out of 5Great winter getaway
December 10, 2008
We went the first week of december, mid week and had the place to ourselves. Very quiet, very dark once night falls. Very peaceful. The breakfasts were excellent. Not much to do in Bainbridge itself, but be sure to go to Cafe Nola for dinner. Great food.
3.8 out of 5No frills, very relaxing
September 15, 2008
Stayed a night with my girlfriend in summer 2008. The owner, Patti, runs this place on her own and is one of the more charming, but down-to-earth women I have ever met. Great cook, and very welcoming but unintrusive. The downstairs suite is more private than the rooms in the house, but not very exciting (in terms of decor). Would be great for a traveling family with kids, however. Upstairs rooms looked beautiful. The location is well removed and very quiet. Overall, a very relaxing time and an unbeatable deal.
4.2 out of 5We love this place!
