- Guest pets are welcome (Well-behaved small-med dogs OK in Guesthouse only $10/day)
- Limitations on children staying (Children 4-21 must be accompanied by well-behaved parents!)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (You are welcome to bring your own.)
- Deposit amount required (Reservations are confirmed with an advance deposit of one night or 50% for 2-3 days. Over 4 days: cc guarantee 1st day, advance payment for remainder of stay payable when you make your reservation.)

- Check in time is 4:00pm-6:00pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
- Cancellations:
Cancellations must be received at least 14 days in advance to receive a guaranteed deposit refund, less $15 per day cancellation fee. You are responsible for payment of all nights booked.
