Autumn Leaves Bed and Breakfast

A modern house with an abundance of carefully chosen period pieces and beautiful antiques. Attentive hosts made our visit very comfortable. Rooms are beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean.

Newer B&B, well-appointed with quality antiques, jacuzzi tub, gracious hosts. Plenty of common space for relaxing; away from busy center of town, yet close to restaurants, ferry landing.

The entire inn was very beautifully decorated; bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Delicious homemade food.

Roger and Jean, the innkeepers, are extremely accommodating to their guests. The rooms are exceptionally well decorated and outstandingly comfortable. The location is superb! This purpose built facility was exceptionally designed to serve most any guest need. The common areas are all welcoming and accessible for personal use (e.g. stay in dinner, playing cards, etc.). On our last day we had to leave before the normal breakfast time to catch our ferry to Victoria, BC. Roger and Jean made and packed a complete breakfast for us to take with us (two couples). It was excellent! It's this type of personal care that makes one want to return again and again.

Pretty -- relaxing -- excellent food -- great social areas. They made you feel like family.

We all enjoyed our stay at Autumn Leaves B&B. Two Couples met for an overnight stay before boarding a ferry for Orcas Island the next day. So convenient and elegant. We all loved it. Impeccable decor and great friendly service from the innkeepers. Highly recommend it to everyone.

An enjoyable stay in a beautiful bed and breakfast. Inside and out it is the most well designed and managed we have stayed in recently. We had a lovely airy large front bedroom with a modern bath. My husband and I had never stayed at a bed and breakfast before and Autumn Leaves fully exceeded our expectations. Jean & Roger were fantastic hosts. From the French decor to the delicious breakfast, Autumn Leaves was a perfect getaway!

The inn itself was amazing. The room was clean, well decorated, spacious, and included a deep soaking jetted tub. The hosts were very accommodating and nice. The overall experience was better than expected. We will definitely stay again if we travel back to this area!

We just had our wedding anniversary at Autumn Leaves B & B in Anacortes. We were not expecting such a great experience in a small town like Anacortes! The house is almost new, bright, roomy, soundproof, but the French antiques and finishing touches are all so authentic. We had the Garden Room, which is huge. The bed was wonderful, TV in our room with lots of channels, the bathroom spotless and modern, the gourmet breakfast was served on English bone china and the hosts were lovely. They have thought of every detail of comfort for their guests and the decor and service are far above any 4 star hotel we have ever stayed at. We also loved Anacortes! Would highly recommend anyone try this delightful little jewel in the Pacific Northwest, we will definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay at Autumn Leaves and intend to return some day. Our Garden room was very private and provided fresh-air enjoyment of the backyard landscaping and waterfall. The sunroom and backyard patio areas provided for quiet, restful daytime breaks. Breakfasts were incredibly delicious and served according to our schedule. Jean and Roger were great hosts. Jean is a great cook and Roger attended to our every needs. Autumn Leaves is in a quiet part of town with easy car access to the town and outlying areas.

We've stayed at enough B&Bs to be able to identify the really great ones. That would be comfort, location, friendliness and food quality. Autumn Leaves has it all. Jean and Roger really wanted to do it right and the five years of planning show up everywhere. The house was specifically build to be a B&B. We loved the music piped into the room as we prepared for breakfast. I commented that Jean couldn't possibly have prepared this perfect breakfast in one morning. She admitted, she started preparing the night before. The food is to die for. If you know anything about antiques, you'll marvel at their collection. And, don't let Roger keep refilling your coffee cup.

We have stayed at Autumn Leaves twice. We stay at B&B's frequently, and Autumn Leaves is at the top of our list. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a great view. The common areas are large and very comfortable. We loved everything about our stays. We especially like the innkeepers, Roger and Jean. They not only are great hosts but also great people.

Autumn leaves is a great place to relax - whether you're staying for one night or five. It's in a quiet neighborhood, the grounds are well kept and beautiful. The patio is a wonderful location to watch wildlife, and the peekaboo view is stunning. Everything Roger and Jean do and have done, everything about the house is just wonderful. There is so little to fault about the place. We've been two times, and we will go again.

We were more than plesantly surprised by the accomodations of Autumn Leaves. The host/hostess Roger and Jean were congenial and informative. The housekeeping was immaculate and the decore was just fantastic. The outside of the property was manicured and well kept. I don't have enough adjectives to fully describe the property, accomodations and the gourmet breakfast that was prepared for my wife and I.

Our first night as husband and wife was amazing and greatly enhanced by our stay at Autumn Leaves Bed and Breakfast. Jean & Roger are two amazing people with huge hearts and are willing to go the extra mile for their guests. We will be back for our first anniversary. Our breakfast was the best I have had in several years and would love to have Jean as my personal chef!!!

Roger and Jean were exemplary hosts to my sister and I when we stayed with them while attending a family wedding. Their inn was inviting, cozy, very clean. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts and Roger even served us iced tea on the very peaceful patio (surrounded by their beautiful gardens) and warm tea with cookies when we returned from the evening festivities. They were very kind and welcoming. We would definitely love to return.

Jean and Roger go out of their way to make you feel welcome! Beautifully decorated yet very comfortable. On a scale from 1 to 10 the breakfasts are an ELEVEN! A wonderful experience.

Autums Leaves is a beautiful large house, all 3 guest rooms were private and each had its own private bath with jacuzzi tub. The rooms were large and all were different themed. The bed was very comfortable. The house was immaculate. The shared sunroom was a great place to unwind in the evening. There was a beautiful waterfall in the parklike backyard. We kept the window opened in our room at night so we could hear the peaceful sound of the waterfall. The hosts, Jean and Roger, were very friendly and knowledgable about the area. They gave good recommendations of places to visit and restaurants in the area. Jean cooked fabulous breakfasts during our stay. Roger was very attentive at breakfast and throughout our stay. They had maps, ferry schedules, local restaurant menus, etc. available for us. We plan to return very soon. It was a wonderful experience... so peaceful and relaxing. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

We had a terrific stay at Autumn Leaves and only wished we (1) could have stayed longer and (2) could have had breakfast there... though the take-away breakfast for the ferry was also superb. This is a superb, clean, friendly establishment with thoughtful hosts. Everything is right here. Recommend it wholeheartedly. We also did like the jetted tubs!

Immaculately clean and gorgeously decorated, Roger and Jean offer what may be the perfect B&B experience. Jean's wizardry at breakfast was amazing, resulting in memorable gourmet breakfasts. Both Jean and Roger are personable, warm and excellent hosts. Roger even brought our luggage in. Our room was exceptionally comfortable and quiet and came with what might be the most comfortable bed we ever slept in. Unlike many B&Bs where the owners live somewhere else or someone is hired in the mornings to provide breakfasts, Autumn Leaves provides an authentic owner lived-in B&B that feels very much like a home away from home. The B&B was also convenient to our whale watching in Anacortes, which was very convenient. You cannot go wrong at Autumn Leaves. I am confident that you will find it one of your best B&B experiences. We did.

I'll keep it simple..........wonderful people, superb breakfast, excellent facility inside and out. We expected a lot but this was perfect. You can't beat this location for a "home base" in the San Juan Islands....much better than anything in the Islands themselves for the money. We'll definitely return to Autumn Leaves and have not reluctance about recommending it.

This house was built as a B&B and it's apparent that the Innkeepers wanted to think of anything and everything for the comfort of their guests. There is a wonderful view from the room we stayed in and our hosts were informative and inviting. The breakfast each morning was delicious and we were sent out with a smile and greeted with a smile after a long day of poking about. We left wanting to make Jean and Roger our friends!

This is a 5-star B&B. The rooms are spacious, the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, the breakfast delicious, the grounds well-kept and beautiful. The interiors interesting (antiques). It is the cleanest place I have ever stayed. We will return. The hosts, Roger & Jean Cline, are wonderful!

This large, modern home was designed as a B&B around beautiful antiques. There are 3 large, well appointed master suites. the setting is beautiful and the service exceptional. A great value and a wonderful experience.

Autumn Leaves is a quiet, lovely home with outstanding views and romantic rooms, with carefully chosen furnishings and interesting antiques and accessories. The innkeepers went out of their way to accommodate our food allergies, and produced a lovely, huge breakfast (which we devoured). We 100% recommend this getaway, but book early!!

This is our second visit to Autumn Leaves. Outstanding hospitality. This B & B is sparkling clean and the breakfast was delicious. The Clines make you feel right at home. we haveno hesitation at all in our recommendation!

Roger and Jean have created a romantic getaway that can take your breath away at the view. There were other guests, yet we never noticed due to the masterful pampering showered upon us. The stay was outstanding in every way.

We stayed at the Autumn Leaves Bed and Breakfast for a quick weekend getaway, and found it to be a great place. It was very clean, and because we were staying on an off night, we had our choice of rooms. Each room had exceptional accommodations, with a fireplace and whirlpool bathtub in each room. Breakfast was delicious, and the couple that runs the place were very friendly and recommended several dining options in the area. There are a few cute things in the area, but mostly we enjoyed spending quality time together at the inn.

What a beautiful oasis of peace and tranquility Roger and Jean have created, both inside and outside their one of a kind B&B. the have thought of every single thing with comfort, harmony and serenity in mind for their guests. It is also filled with English antiques and they serve the best cup of English Tes along with English pancakes that I haven't had since I was a child!

We had a wonderful stay at Autumn Leaves. The hosts were warm and hospitable with a tremendous knowledge of the Anacortes area. We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast and a great dip in the jacuzzi tub in the King Lewis room.

Jean & Roger are the best innkeepers we've ever had! Full of great advice on local restaurants, tourist activities, and amusing tales of world travel, they are genuinely concerned that their guests enjoy themselves! And in a gorgeous B&B like this, how could you not?

My husband is not one for Bed and Breakfast stays. He absolutely loved the stay. The rooms were amazing. The hospitality was great! and the food was divine! It was so wonderful to stay there. We will definitly be back!!

This beautifully appointed and exceptionally maintained home is truly artful and esthetic. The inkeeper was extremely accomadating and helpful. We enjoyed the jazzuci bath in our private room and the cleanliness of the entire facility.

Autumn Leaves is only a half hour's drive away from our home, but it seems a world away. The home is filled with antiques, but the amenities are completely modern. I especially enjoyed reading in the sun room, visiting the shops and restaurants of Anacortes, and the easy little half day trip to Guemes Island. We stayed in the Garden Room, and with the windows open at night, we could listen to the waterfall feature in the back yard. Very calming.

I have already told my friends that they must stay at this inn! The inn and the grounds are beautiful beyond belief! Plus, the inn owners (Jean and Roger) were the most hospitable, helpful, and accommodating hostess and host we have ever had. They went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Fro example, we had a lot of luggage and bicycle equipment. Roger willingly stored and moved this around for us as needed. On our last morning, we had to leave very early and Jean (with a little help form Roger, of course) prepared and packed our breakfasts to go! Whenever we travel, we stay in bed and breakfast inns. Our experience at the Autumn Leaves was unparalleled!
