Four distinct rooms awaits your discovery. Rosedell is situated on over an acre of park like grounds with more than 30 mature trees -- at one time, a tree from each state.

Driving up to this historical mansion sets the tone - you are in for a great experience. Holly welcomes you and lets you go explore this two story well kept restored B&B. We stayed in the Turret room which offers a great view outside and a private full bath. Having internet was a plus to keep up the latest happenings and posting our latest adventures. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was fresh and luxurious. We highly recommend staying here for a delightful long weekend.

It is located close to Yakima city and the wineries. Nice and cozy rooms. Because of some event, they cancled our dinner reservation. I hope to visit again for a dinner.

The location was wonderful, the owner is tremendous and so fun to be around. The house is gorgeous and the Parker Room is fabulous!!!

I've been lucky enough to enjoy Rosedell 3 times so far and each time has been so relaxing. Hollie is a fantastic host and very accomodating! The location couldn't be better and the history of the mansion is very interesting. I highly recommend Rosedell Bed & Breakfast.

Deposit Amount Required: To secure your reservation, payment of the first night by credit card is required at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellations: Cancellations: There is a $25.00 handling charge, per room, for all cancellations. If you must cancel your reservation, please provide at least 10 days notice, prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel within the 10 day period respectively, there will be a credit card charge of the entire cost of your stay for all of the rooms you reserved. If we are able to rebook the rooms, (and we will do our best to make this happen), we will not charge your credit card. Early departures, reschedules or reducing the length of stay are handled as cancellations and the same policies apply. All cancellations will only be accepted over the phone directly to the Innkeeper. If you do not show up or call to cancel your reservation, we will charge your credit card for the cost of the entire stay for all of the rooms you reserved.

Did not want chain hotel for a wine country tour. Made reservation at a B&B, but owner became ill and cancelled us. Rosedell had a vacanccy so we took it. Turned out to be a good location and the historical building is beautiful.

Rosedell is a beautiful historic mansion just minutes from downtown Yakima. We happened to go during the off season so we were the only ones there, and stayed in the Turret Room. This room had a view from the second floor and in the morning the sun streamed in the windows and rainbows from the cut glass windows danced over the walls. The mansion is quite an astounding work of architecture, which has been refurbished by the owners. Be sure to look through the albums with the before and after photos. We had special dietary needs and Holly purchased gluten-free/vegan english muffins for us for breakfast. She was very accommodating. I would go back to stay at Rosedell again.

This was a great B&B, very close to my work assignment and very accommodating. The owner, Holli, was able to switch breakfast times for those of us who had to get to work early. She was welcoming and available if needed. I stayed in the Red Room and it was indeed very quiet, as advertised. Internet was quick and the downstairs common areas were great for working on my computer as my room did not have a desk (I knew that going in). The price was a good deal compared to the hotels in Yakima. This area of Yakima is beautiful with nice, safe neighborhoods in which to walk. Easy ten minute drive to downtown. Close to the airport too! Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rosedell Bed & Breakfast. Holli was very accomodating and full of recommendations for us. The rooms were great - she has done a fantastic job on the remodeling! The breakfast was also excellent! We will definitely be staying there again when we visit Yakima!
